Digital Nature of Products

At Cascadia Digital, we specialize in high-quality digital 3D models and laser-cut design files. Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a file has been downloaded, the transaction is generally considered final.

Our Fair Refund Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that accidents happen or misunderstandings can occur. We offer full refunds under the following circumstances:

• Purchase Error: If you accidentally purchased a digital file expecting a physical product, and have not yet downloaded the digital assets.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once.
• Technical Issues: If there is a verified defect in the file that we are unable to resolve for you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong file by mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to help you get the correct one.
