How can I purchase your designs?
We are excited to announce that you can now purchase our designs directly through our website! Simply browse our catalogs, add items to your cart, and checkout securely to receive instant access to your downloads.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
I do not currently offer custom designs, but I do encourage suggestions for designs to add to my shop.
What is the size (in Mb) of the STL file?
- Every design is different, so sizes will vary. Over 80% of Cascadia Digital items are less than 100Mb (the file size limit for Easel software).
- Each product in the catalog page has a 'quick view' button - click this to see model details, such as file size.
What are the dimensions (in mm or inches) of the STL file?
- Files are sized to be between 400-500mm on the longest edge.
- More importantly, STL files can be scaled to any size needed once imported into your software, without sacrificing detail or quality. 500mm is only the default starting size.

How do I download the 3D model file after my purchase?
- For direct website purchases: You will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and via email immediately after checkout.
- For Etsy purchases: On your Order Confirmation page, Order Confirmation email, and from your Etsy Purchases page, you can find the Download button for the .TXT file, plus a message for instructions.
Why can I not download the 3D .STL file directly from Etsy?
- Etsy only allows very small files to be uploaded on their site, which would be a very poor-quality 3D model.
- Instead, for Etsy orders, we provide a text (.txt) file containing a link to the high-quality 3D model download.
- Direct purchases through our website do not have this limitation and provide direct access to the model files.
Do you use AI in your design process?
Yes, we utilize AI-assisted generation and editing tools as a supplemental part of our design workflow. These tools help us explore conceptual directions and refine complex textures, which are then meticulously finalized through our custom manual modeling and engineering processes to ensure technical accuracy for CNC, laser, and 3D printing.
Am I allowed to use the 3D files to create physical items commercially for profit?
- Yes! Once purchased, you can freely manufacture and distribute any physical products made with the 3D files.

Can I share or redistribute the digital 3D files?
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files is prohibited without express permission.

What are the Licensing Terms and Conditions?
- The rights granted with purchase allow personal use of the digital files, and full commercial use of the physical products derived from them. You may use these files to create physical products for commercial sale or distribution.
- These copyrighted digital files are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files is prohibited without express permission. Any unauthorized copying or distribution constitutes copyright infringement.
